featured-excerpt not displayed when screen < 685px

  • I have WordPress 5.0.2 and Shuttle theme v1.0.2
    On the ‘fixed’ home page I have a main image, on which the ‘featured-title’ & ‘featured-excerpt’ display.

    On screens less than 685px wide, featured-excerpt does not display.
    Both are very short texts, and I have room for them both.

    How best to get them both displayed?
