  • First, thank you sharing a free plugin.
    We were very happy with version 1.1.6.

    Please allow me to share that after many years with many WordPress sites and thousands of updates, I do not recall a plugin update that silently removed a critical front-end feature.

    The following feels unprofessional to me, and caused quite some trouble:

    “Removed featured-content.php from plugin as it was causing conflict with Jetpack on some installs”

    For right now I solved the problem by rolling-back the last update.

    I’m working on how the file can be better integrated without causing any sort of conflict(s) for all concerned – I hope to have a solution in place very soon.
