Featured content Slider unlink to post and link to individual pages

  • How can I link featured content slider images to individual pages not to a post? Or how to unlink the slider to posts? Thanks.

    footer area and widget footer area are not responsive for mobile layout because I added html code to these areas. How can I hide them or make them responsive only for mobile. Also, is there a plugin that can do this? Thanks.
