Featured Content Not Working

    After upgrading to WP 4.1 the front page of my website no longer displays featured content using the Momentous Lite theme. I tried deleting the theme and re-installing from scratch but made no difference. All I get is just a basic list of my most recent posts in descending order on the home page, instead of the nice layout Momentous used to display with thumbnails, etc.

    I assume this is a 4.1 incompatibility with this theme.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for using Momentous.

    The theme should work fine with WordPress 4.1 and without any problems with the Featured Content area.

    You can try to delete the featured tag and save your changes and then re-enter your tag. The featured posts are cached and that will reset the cache.

    Found the issue. The “WP eCommerce” plugin conflicts with this theme and caused this problem. Disabling that plugin resolved the issue.
