Feature video not fitting my theme size

I’m having an issue with my feature video not fitting the correct thumbnail size of my theme. If you go to the above url you will see how the image is 3x the size of the other feature image thumbnails.

I read through the forums and found some similar posts but nothing fixed my problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
