[Feature] User Moderation option

    Hi Jeff,

    First of all I would like to say thank you for your plugin.
    Next I would like to give suggestion/imporvement regarding this feature
    “Require users to be approved or confirm e-mail address upon registration”

    If we enable User Moderation option and choose email confirmation, sometimes the pending user is not aware of verification email. I have 2 suggestion to improve this feature:

    1. Add additional option so that WordPress/TML can re-send “Verification Email” automatically for X times on interval Y days.
    If number of X retries has been sent, and the user still not activating his account, then the pending user is deleted automatically from WordPress database.

    2. When WordPress Admin if changing Role of the pending user into another. TML remove value of user_activation_key on wp_users table and sent “User Activation” email stating the account has been activated and he can login.

    That’s all. Hopefully you can implement this feature request as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.
