Excerpt Headers

A suggestion (which will probably not be that easy to implement but…) it would be really cool if a page/post could utilise the ‘excerpt’ as the header text as per the getbootstrap docs. I imagine this would mean adding a setting to the customiser eg:

Overide the header image/text with the page or post excerpt. It could also make use of post category descriptions…

In fact the more I think about it the more it sounds great but it also seems like it would need to probably be a stand alone plugin.
