• Hi,

This is a very useful plugin. I just wanted to share a few suggestions.

    1. Lets say I set a limit on a user that they cannot publish more than 2 posts per day. When the user returns and tries to post the third post they cannot save the draft. It would be nice if users were able to save draft and not publish the posts.

    2. On the settings page, when a user adds a setting it appears in the list of limits but it is not stored until a user clicks on the save changes button. Since the page looks a lot like any list page on WordPress (commens, posts, pages). The user may assume that their setting is already saved. It would be nice if the settings are automatically saved when user clicks the add button.

    Thanks for this wonderful plugin.

    Hi Noumaan,

glad to hear that you’ve found Limit Posts useful.

    Thanks for your suggestions.

    1. Allow user to save draft if they’ve reached their limit – this sounds like a really good idea, i’ll definitely consider it for the next release.

    2. I’m not sure how easy it would be to save limits when they are added, but yes I agree that it is easy to forget to click Save Settings. I’ve seen other pages show a message when you try to leave and there are unsaved settings. Perhaps this is something that I could implement.

    Thanks for your suggestions.
