Feature: Specify number of posts loaded by default

Thanks for the great suggestion.! But unfortunately Disqus comments are now being loaded as an iframe, that means we can’t modify what is being sent by Disqus server.

See this comment from official Disqus support, where the clearly mention the same.

Anyway I will try my best to make it possible though their API (if possible).
