    Hi there,

    The WooCommerce Services docs and FAQ both reference features that are coming down the line, but offers no real information about when they’re coming. I realize exact dates and such are always in flux, but it would be helpful to make some of the information more available so customers could make more informed decisions.

    For example, I am debating purchasing the Shipment Tracking plugin (https://woocommerce.com/products/shipment-tracking/), but I notice sending customers tracking numbers is on the roadmap (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-services-faq/#section-18).

    I have similar questions concerning WooCommerce Services working with other shipping providers.

    Overall, I’m really loving this plugin, and the simplicity it has offered my store. Thanks!

    Overall, I’m really loving this plugin, and the simplicity it has offered my store.

    This is what we’re hoping for, we truly believe that for many, WooCommerce Services will take a lot of the work out of shipping.

    We appreciate that having a public roadmap is something which will help customers gauge how useful Services will be to them, so we will certainly look into having something public with a timeline. As you say, we can’t always narrow down dates.

    I have similar questions concerning WooCommerce Services working with other shipping providers.

    This isn’t on the near horizon, but we will make an announcement when and if this changes

    Thanks for the response! Sounds good.

    I’d like to throw two feature requests out there:

    1) Adding a logo to printed labels.
    2) Printing multiple labels at once.

    We appreciate the work you folks have put into this. Thanks again!

    I’ve added your comments for custom logos on the labels to our GitHub repository.

    Printing multiple labels at once is part of the functionality, are you having trouble with this?

    Sorry, I phrased the second feature request badly. I’m able to print multiple labels for a single order. My feature request is to print labels for multiple orders at once.
