    I tried to submit some feature requests through the support page on your website, but it appears none of your contact forms are displaying (it happens). I currently use the free version, but would upgrade in a heartbeat if the premium plugin offered:

    1. Product fields that can be displayed or hidden based on conditional logic. I have different memberships combinations available, depending on a user’s age, skill level, etc. There are too many product fields to show them all to each user, so I’d like to show only the ones that are relevant.

    2. The option of replacing “Other” on checkbox and radio button fields with a custom phrase. For example, we have to ask for a user’s gender, but we need to allow those with non-binary gender identities to tell us what term they prefer to use. Using radio buttons that read “Male, Female, Other” is very insensitive to someone who is not cisgender. I worked around it with a combo of radio buttons and a text field, but it’s not an elegant solution.

    3. An easy way (through Zapier, perhaps) to integrate each new user’s data into a Google Sheets spreadsheet as the registration is submitted.

    Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry for any issues you had to face with submission of ticket. We ran quick tests on the site and also checked logs over last few hours, and everything seems to be in order. It might have been temporary network issue perhaps.

    Coming back to your post: the functionality for conditional product fields is already on our roadmap. It will be included in one of our upcoming versions.

    We have noted your request for following features:

    1- to customize the text “other” for radio-button and checkbox.
    2- integration of user data into Google sheets (RegistrationMagic and Zapier integration is not supported as of now)

    Both the specifications have been passed on to higher management for consideration.

    Note that the features implementation is driven by user demand and on first come first basis, so we cannot give timeline at this point. We will mention the feature in the change log on our plugin page at www.remarpro.com, once its available.
