Feature requests

Your plugin is great, but upon using the plugin, I realize that if you follow a user, you can only see the topics he created.
1. Please, consider adding replies; make followers see the replies of those they follow on their wall. It will be very helpful.

Also, you may consider these settings and options:
2. If a person subscribes to a topic, let the subscriber see the replies made to that topic on their walls.
3. If a person subscribes to a forum, make the subscriber see the topics and the various replies made to the topics of that forum.
4. Enable media – pictures, videos, and files attached to topics and replies – on wall.
5. Enable the display of advertisements among the items on the wall.
These features can take the plugin far.
