Feature Requests:

1. Placement. This may be controlled by the theme but my brands are showing below the product categories and tags. I would like this under the product name.
Product XXX
by Brandname
-or-
Product XXX by Brandname

2. Prepend/append text. See the example above. I prepended the word “by” in front of the brand.

3. Place all products without a brand into an other category.
