[feature-request] Would be nice to use it for gradients too

Yes, that would be nice. For two reasons I can not do it right now.

Firstly, I am not familiar with that new colour picker that the guys and gals from WP released recently, especially with their way of developing and re-using it in another project. That would mean that I have to invest a lot of time in learning, time that I currently do not have.

Secondly, my plugin is quite complex as it is right now despite its seemingly small scope. Currently my plugin integrates with 12 plugins and themes beside WP’s own editors. That’s some maintenance I have to do on my own. I am just not willing to go down another rabbit-hole.

I am sorry, but maybe in the future.
