I would also add text from the bbPress plugin to this list of where I’d like the emoticons to work, although I don’t know if that’s more involved than the other places…

Can’t say either. I haven’t worked with bbPress. I’ll take a look though.

bbPress uses CPTs so it should already work in them, unless you’re limiting yourself to just normal posts.

Hi Sebastian, I love this plugin, thank you for providing this. It shows up on all devices so far – the only issue I have found here is my WindowsPhone (htc Titan, WP 7.8) – there I receive just a little square. Any idea?

I’m not a 100% certain but it seems the browser on Windows Phone doesn’t support web fonts. I don’t have a Windows Phone so I can’t really check this.

WP should support web fonts at least in version 7.8… it’s definitely an issue on the WP side, I will just check after the next updates. Would be interesting to know what other Windows Phone users (there are not that much I have to admit) see here ?? … any feedback welcome.
