Feature request: user list instead of text box

    This plugin is useful, however it relies on you knowing the username of the user you want to switch to.

    Would it be possible to add a settings page for the plugin where you could change from a text input to a selection list of users? Or better, select the users on the settings page that you want to appear in the dropdown, so you only see the ones you’ll commonly use (for sites with many users and an unmanageable list).

  • Hi there,

    When the plugin first launched it worked in the way you described with a dropdown list in the admin bar.

    However as users pointed out on sites with lots and lots of users this did not work and in fact in some cases caused sites to crash as large user queries where happening on all pages loads!

    Maybe the idea of adding your favourites to it could work though as long as there was not too many.
