[Feature request] Useful links in admin bar & menu

Hi Bowo

First, I would like to congratulate you on the great plugin. It is really useful. However, I think it could be better with 2 tiny additions.

1. WordPress admin is missing link to the list of reusable blocks at /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wp_block. Could you add an option to enable it?
2. Could you add an option to add to admin menu & admin bar any custom links? I would add there links to the admin pages I visit most often, so that I can get to them in one click. This would be especially useful while working on the visitor-facing front-end. At the moment there is no one click solution to go to e.g. a product list directly.
