Feature request: use webhooks to handle externally-initiated refunds

Currently, if a refund or funds hold (e.g. chargeback investigation) happens, then the store owner has to remember update the order status manually.

It’d be awesome if the plugin integrated with Stripe webhooks – https://stripe.com/docs/webhooks – so that some of this could be done automatically (as currently happens with WooCommerce’s built-in PayPal gateway).
