Feature Request (Text Hover on Image)

    I have wanted to have a Text Over Image Effect. This is 3 days now, and there seems to be no hope and no way I can think of.

    1.) Can I achieve this with Gutentor? And How?

    2.) If No, can you add this as a Feature Request to make it possible and available?
