Feature Request: Sub-Categories

Hi Christie, thanks for your great plugin, it’s perfect for writers. I have a feature request to be able to have parent and child relationships for Genres, for example:

• Gothic Fiction
  • — Contemporary
  • — Victorian
  • — Supernatural
  • — Horror

If would really help in organising the categories more effectively rather than create them randomly in a long list. I’m a bilingual author, so my genres are all over the place. Don’t know how much work is involved or whether this is a premium feature, but thought it would be useful to point out. Thanks, once again!
