[Feature request] simple WooCommerce bulk price increase

With prices changing so often in the market at the moment a simple price increase option would be nice

Let say you can select products, select a whole category or all the products, you can increase or decrease the price by lets say 5% or but $4, instead of having a stand alone fully blown bulk price editor.
