Feature Request: Show store rating when no reviews exisit

Some products get lots of reviews. Some get none. But we still want to build trust.
When there are no reviews, and no QnAs can we display the store rating? Specifically, I mean on the single-product page, not catalogues or menus.

What would be awesome is even a way to change the text with place holders:
when no reviews exist use this instead: ? $store_rating Store Rating by $store_review_count customers!
