Feature request: Shortcode and comment form checkboxes

    I’m currently running a different Mailchimp plugin, but would like to consolidate MC related plugins to just one (and with this having the additional e-commerce options, it seems like the one to go with). However, I miss two features that my other MC plugin has -could you please add:

    * A shortcode for generating a MC sign-up box where that code is placed
    * The ability to add a subscribe option to comment boxes

    That would be incredibly helpful – thanks in advance!
