feature request: separate option mouse wheel scroll fullsize and normal view

I disabled mouse wheel scrolling for the map placed in a post as it is confusing users when scrolling in the post. But if map is shown full screen it would be handy to have mouse wheel scrolling enabled.

Would like to have separate settings for enabling/disabling mouse wheel scrolling for normal map view and full screen view.
