Feature Request: Rectangular Marquee

    When creating a rectangular map area, I have a little difficulty in making sure that the horizontal and vertical lines are straight.
    A great feature to see would be a rectangular marquee, so that a rectangle or square can be selected by a simple single-click and drag.
