FEATURE REQUEST: Priority for Search Options

  • Would be great to be able to set a search-priority to the different options.

    An example:
    For me a tag has a higher priority then the metadata of a post. And a author has a higher priority then a tag. (This might be different from site to site)

    If there would be a simple input box next to the checkbox of each option we could set the priority there.

    Would be also great to be able to set the same priority to options e.g. we use a metadata byline for each post title that is as important as the headline itself.

    This sure does sound easy applicable, but since our hands are full with other maintenance & development projects, we really cannot give you any promises if this is going to be implemented or executed in the near future. But I will bring it to our attention in the next meeting, rest assured about that!
