Feature Request – Printing Tickets

hi,
Please can we have the following simple feature when printing tickets to PDF.
please provide the ability to print tickets per email domain.
currently when printing tickets you can only print them per user which is a painful process when there are multiple users per client domain.Also please provide the ability to print tickets by start and finish date. currently the only option is to print all tickets or latest tickets which had a response within 10 days. this is not ideal when submitting monthly reports of logged tickets for a client
