Feature request: Predefined Presets

Thanks for the awesome plugin!

It would be great, if we could add an array of predefined customizer settings via a filter in theme, so that a user wouldn’t have to browse for local files, but have a select field with available import options.

An array would contain the import setting name, slug and a path to the dat file.

Do you think, it could make into the plugin core one day?
