    It is reliable. There is code to ensure that there are no duplicates.

    Thank you for your reply. That is good to know, however it would make further processing of the data easier if there was a post ID to match on, making it possible to collect all the record that contain the same post ID. In theory it can be possible to have the same submit_time for more than one form, making a select on submit_time would not return the correct data. Or am I wrong?

    As I said, the plugin ensures there are not duplicates. Even if two posts arrive at the same time.
