Feature Request: Post Author Attachment Change

I’ve noticed that when you change the author of a post, the post attachment author does not change. This is particularly necessary when trying to export posts that have had an author change as the export process selects posts and attachments by author id. I know it would be an easy fix, and I think it would improve wp.
