Feature Request: Permanent Synchronization

Thank you for this plugin! It’s almost exactly what I needed.

I’d like to request that you implement the following two features:

• Replace the “Sync Page Structure…” with a checkbox. By doing this it will ensure that every time the user selects “Save Menu” that it is synchronized, rather then requiring them to manually select the “Sync Page Structure…” each time.
• Incorporate a setting to hide the Order and Parent settings that appear in the Quick Edit area and the Page Attributes meta box that appears when editing a Page.
