Feature request : Option for Default Posting Hour

Love the Calendar, but I wish I could have a settings page where I could choose a default posting hour. We post at 7 AM twice a week, every week, so it would be a time saver.
Editing the code in edcal.php is fastidious everytime there’s an update, I loose my change ??
