• I’d love a CMS which allows to identify and manage the language of each post. I have a bilingual weblog. I know a bunch of other people who have bilingual blogs too.
I’d see a system where language is a kind of attribute of a post, and then it is possible to format accordingly (colors, flags, whatever), show only posts of one language, set up automatic links to translations…

  • I believe Michel (the creator of b2) was contemplating doing something to this effect with a filter.

Hello. This isn’t about multi-language, but it is about a feature that I’m hoping you might include one day.
On the “see more” instead of going to the full page, is there a way (perhaps in the future) that you could set it up like they have MT? Where, when you click the link “read more” (or whatever people have there) instead of going to another page, the rest of the post will drop down.
?? I’m not sure if I’m explaining it properly *G* Ask SouthernGal LOL Maybe she can translate for me ?? I’m not even sure you can do that with PHP. (maybe it’s just a script ability?)
Just a thought. You all are doing great, and I know *I* appreciate the ease in which WordPress is installed, and how easy it is to use.

Absolutely, I believe there is already a hack for this. Another note on multiple languages, WordPress is one of the few platforms that supports multi-byte languages transparently.
