Feature request: moderation queue for IP hosts

  • A feature to hold comments with a special IP host name / provider in the moderation queue would be great!

    “Settings -> Discussion -> Comment Moderation” has only a filter for the content, name, URL, e-mail and IP but it hasn’t a filter for IP hosts.

    You mean like you want to block everyone using, say, AT&T as their IP host?

    Yes! But I’d like to have those comments in the moderation queue instead of blocking them, so I still can approve them.

    I doubt that will be added, since the likelihood to hit too many innocents is way too high. Also, like IP addresses, it’s easy to work around with a TOR.

    Why not just turn on approvals for all comments?
