feature request: minimum character count

I would love to be able to set a minimum character count for reviews or enable people to leave stars without typing out a review. Both of those options would be great to have!

You can set a minimum number of characters for reviews with the Review Forms addon.
I am looking into an options to leave stars only, but functionality-wise it will likely be the same as Trustpilot (where you first select the rating and then it displays the rest of the review form). So a little different than just selecting a rating only.
