Feature Request: Max-size dropdown at upload

Thanks for a great plugin!

One change I’d like to make… I’d like to have the user select the maximum file size from a dropdown list at upload (instead of setting this through the admin panel).

What hook are you using to initiate the resize in the uploader? Perhaps I can add a modal that assigns the resize values at that point.
