It would be great to be able to view a report of users/customers who are unverified, either in the WP user list or, even better, as a filter option in the WooCommerce customer list. (If there is a way to do this already, I wasn’t able to find it.) Thanks for considering it.

  • HI there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

This feature is already in our plugin. To enable this, please go to the “Admin” section of the plugin and enable the “User filter” option. Then please go to “Users > All Users”, and you will be able to see a new option named “Filter”. You should select “Unverified Users” and click on “Filter”. Then it will display all unverified users on your website.

    Please give it a try.

    Kind regards,

I had missed that, thank you! I tried it out and while it seemed to add “alg_wc_ev_verification_status_top=unverified” to the list of filter parameters, I still see users who are marked verified in the resulting list. I wonder if those are users who don’t have the user meta key/value at all because they were included as verified when we first activated the plugin? In any case, it would be great to be able to see only those users who have the user meta value set to false. Thank you!

    Hi there,

I was unable to reproduce the issue. It seems that the filter is working correctly on our end. So could you please contact us through our website so that we can discuss the issue further since www.remarpro.com is so restrictive?

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur
