Feature Request: Links to Original Post

I’d like an option for linked posts to redirect to the original article, similar to the way “WordPress MU Sitewide Tags Pages” works.

It would work, just as it does now, just the permalink should point to the original article?

Looking for ways to avoid duplicate content issues.
