Feature request: Jetpack Related Post Compatability

Hey Marcin,

Thanks for this great plugin, just gave it 5*!

Not sure if you except feature requests, but it would be great if we could use Jetpacks Related Post feature with upPrev.

Jetpack figures out the related posts in the cloud and stored images there as well, so it doesn′t take up any server resources.
