[Feature request] Import Users from CSV

Hi,

I just stumbled upon your plugin and it really made my morning, so thanks a lot for programming it and releasing it as free (as in freedom) software.

Just an idea (i’m not needing it now, but it will make this functionality just perfect in many ways): How about importing the just-exported csv file into a different wordpress instance?

Again, thanks a lot and this is just a casual idea, in case you have the time and will to make it ??
