Feature request for multiple avatars for guests

Can I request a feature? I would love to have the ability to set up more than one avatar design for guests, which can be attributed based on the gender selection of their email address, or attributed randomly, or perhaps to some other aspect of the user’s account.

And it would be great if I could assign different avatar designs to different roles as well. Thank you for your consideration.
