    Under Advanced Features > Voice Calling, I have entered a phone number without Voice Calling. When the user clicks on the phone icon in the chatbot header area, they then see a prompt in the middle of the chat screen saying “Dial: “ followed by the phone number. However, the only way to get back to the chat from here is to click the phone icon again. No other method works.

    For usability, there needs to be an alternative way to exit the phone number prompt and return to the chat, for example a prompt below the phone number prompt saying “Return to chat”.
