Feature request: extra confirmation dialog before sending email

Currently, the plugin is very easy to create many spam/accidental/annoying notifications by just jamming the key combo key or clicking the submit link.
It’d be great if the browser prompted the user whether he or she would really like to submit the error or not and only do so when they confirm.
