• It would be nice to be able to add a list of excluded words that you don’t want to get translated. This would be useful for shortcodes I use in posts since they get translated and I have to change them back manually.

    That’s an oversight on my part. Shortcode support will be added in the very next version (already coded, waiting for an answer from DeepL support for a strange use case)

    The 2.1 version is online. It will enclose shortcodes within <x>[shortcode]</x> for the API to ignore those parts.

    I did find an unexpected behaviour of the ignore tags parameters, so proceed with care while I pursue the subject with the DeepL support team

    It is safe to update (I wouldn’t have pushed the update otherwise)

    However, some shortcodes, while protected by tags, still get translated by the API
