Feature request: Enable min password length

I’ve been using this plugin for years on a particular site and the client has always requested a minimum password length. I’ve been hacking the plugin to include it each time (they are a terrible client and rarely if ever keep things up to date).

While I’ve been fine adding the code to check the password length and apply the various errors if incorrect, I’d love if it was part of the options. I won’t lie, I don’t really have the time or skill to reverse engineer the wp admin options to include this field, but if it could be added, I’d love it!
