Feature Request: empty exclusions and min character count

First of all, I love the plugin. There are two features that we would love to make it better.
1) Can you include an option to exclude empty <p> tags in the paragraph count. WordPress creates a lot of empty <p> tags which put the ads in some weird positions.
2) It would be great to add an optional minimum character count when selecting when ad is injected into the article. Sometimes our authors have very small paragraphs which pack the ads in too closely. It would be ideal to have a condition where you can select to insert the ad only if the paragraphs have over X (configurable option) characters since the last ad or beginning of post/page.
For example: Inject after 3rd paragraph (if there are over X characters since last ad). If less than X characters don’t inject ad.
