Feature Request: Duplicate notification message change during uploading

Your current error message during new media uploading has two text lines for each duplicate.

The first line is like this:
“the_screen.jpg” has failed to upload.
and second line like this:
It appears this file is already present in your media library as post 34331!

Although that is entirely readable by humans, I am parsing the second line for another plugin and it would be very helpful if you could also include the file name in the second line something like this:

It appears there is a duplicate of “the_screen.jpg” in your media library as post 34331!
