Draggable Window on Modal Popups

When adding a field into the editor, a popup comes up, allowing you to input things to configure the field.

Could you enable a draggable feature to the window so that we can move it out of the way to see the editor? Sometimes I already have an HTML form, so I paste it into the editor, then one by one, I replace the HTML input field, with a field for contact form 7 compatibility.

The problem is, this popup window completely covers most of the form editor. So I can’t see some of the information I need to know.

It’s a minor annoyance, and a small feature request, which I think a lot of people may enjoy the improvement of this small but useful feature request.
