[Feature Request] Disable plugin for some IPs

Hi,

it would be nice to have an option to prevent the plugin from inserting the analytics javascript code for certain IPs. the IP can be detected with php.

this would be useful for countries where it is required to use analytics with anonymized ips. because of this setting it is no longer possible to exclude a single ip in analytics using their filters. you have to exclude the whole ip range, because the last octet is removed.
