Feature request: delete inidividual cache from page/post admin

G’day, love the plugin, many thanks.
One thing that would be very nice to have is the ability to delete the cache for individual pages/posts from their admin pages. Ideally:
- a “delete cache” action link under each page/post title
- bulk actions for “delete cache” allowing multiple pages/posts to be selected for cache deletion
I think this would be a great assistance for websites that have lots of posts and find they want to delete cache for just a handful of them. Doing so from the Contents tab works OK, but it’s harder to navigate a large list than just using the standard admin post lists.
